Pastry is handmade and filled with slow cooked beef in mushroom and red wine. Our beef is supplied by Canyon Valley Provisions, a ranch located just outside of Lubbock who raise their animals with the utmost care. "Wild crafted" cattle are exclusively pasture fed and minimally handled. In the cafe we serve our pies hot with a
