The Vieilles Vignes is the estate's classique bottling, drawn from old Grenache and Mourvdre vines on the rocky terraces around the village, fermented in concrete and aged in large old foudres to keep the focus on fruit and place. The 2023 is built on roughly 80% Grenache with Mourvdre filling in depth and grip.
